How Part 135 of the Federal Aviation Regulations (FAR’s) Affect Airplane Safety

Federal Aviation Regulations (FAR’s) are designed to promote aircraft safety for pilots, crews, passengers, and the rest of the public community. Part 135 stipulates airplane safety regulations that apply to all commercial flight operations. They then must go the extra mile to upgrade to Part 135 certification to legally carry passengers safely to their destinations.
