The first is naturally your passport, but the second could be a doctor's appointment. Foreign travel often requires immunizations to insure a hassle-free trip. Chartered flights to Asia may require shots to protect against yellow fever, while South American travel may require a typhoid or tetanus booster. Ask your travel expert for a list of recommended immunizations and required lead times to make sure you can get them before your chartered flight.
